N.B. The above dance list is primarily ranked in order of difficulty of the DANCE, based on
experience, which is subjective. It is NOT ranked in order of difficulty of the steps taught which
is the secondary consideration, eg  a triple step is not included until no. 23 but is easier than 
the kick ball change in no. 16. This is due to the obvious problem in finding classic dances with
a clear correlation between the the difficulty of the dance and the difficulty of the step,
ie Ski Bumpus is an easier dance than Stroll Along Cha Cha.
